Royton baths .

Opening of Royton Park in 1911, the opening also celebrated the coronation of King George V.

Who remembers the cinema? I recall this was where Royton Home Furnishings and Royton Carpets now are on Oldham Road. This was probably taken late 1960s early 1970s.

Does anyone know who this brave man is at the top of the Park Mill chimney in 1972? You can just make out Byron Street school in the background.
